We're less than a month away from our tournament. I want to thank all the participants who've joined us thus far and the amazing support we're getting from the CMHA Durham.
We've managed to grow yet again this year and we're expanding the Men's Division from 4 to 6 teams and the Old Timer's Division from 3 to 4 teams this year for a total of 16 teams across all 3 divisions. As such we're adding some games to the schedule on Friday May 22nd to accommodate the growth. We're still finalizing the details but it looks like 2 Men's games will happen on Friday between 8pm and 10pm, 1 Women's game and 1 Old Timer's game between 8:15pm and 10:15pm. The remainder of the games will be hosted on Saturday, May 23 between 5:00pm and 11:15pm and Sunday, May 24, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, You can find out more information by clicking here. Remember: 1) Rather then having individuals register we're asking that teams register as a team with one key contact. If you do not have a team we are looking to fill some roster spots. If you don't have a team you can click here and let us know you are interested and we'll find you a team. 2) Fundraising is NOT mandatory. A portion of the proceeds off every teams registration will go to support the CMHA. You can still donate to the CMHA Durham on behalf of the tournament by clicking here and making your donation In the Honour of the No Surrender Hockey Challenge. The CMHA sincerely appreciates the fundraising efforts we make however not all participants wish to fund raise. Your hard work to support the CMHA through donations in the name of this tournament is a symbol of our mission to erase the stigma of Mental Illness in Canada.
